Magnetite 600 Gauss of Magnetic Power will never loose it's finish or magnetism. Magnetite is a natural magnet! Part of a mineral group called the oxides, magnetite can usually be identified by its strong magnetism and dark color. Magnetite is often not very abundant, but it can be found in many different types of igneous, metamorphic, and sedimentary rocks. It can even be found in some meteorites. Most igneous rocks that form deep underground contain a small amount of magnetite crystals. Magnetite can also be found in metamorphic rocks that formed from iron-rich sedimentary rocks. Black sand grains at beaches and elsewhere are often made of magnetite. If you find a beach that has black sand, try running a magnet over the surface and see whether the little black sand grains stick to it. Over time, those sand grains may cement together forming a sedimentary rock. Why is magnetite so magnetic? Any magnetic field is caused by a flow of negatively charged particles called electrons. In magnetite, electrons flow between two different types of iron that have different changes, to even out the changes. This flow of electrons within magnetite generates the magnetic field. Titanium Our Titanium Bracelets are made of Pure Titanium, the same material used for bone replacement. It is 3 times stronger than steel and 5 times lighter, you can shower and even go in the salt water with these bracelets. They offer the most durable finish and strongest magnets in our jewelry line (3500 Gauss per Magnet)2TG Titanium - with 3500 high gauss magnets in every link. Titanium, symbol Ti, silver-white metallic element used principally to make light, strong alloys. Titanium is one of the transition elements of the periodic table (see Periodic Law). The atomic number of titanium is 22. Titanium is stronger than gold or platinum and is three times stronger than steel. Titanium doesn't irritate the skin. Even 18 karat gold can irritate sensitive skin. Titanium is completely inert, not alloyed with anything such as copper or nickel, which are found in karat gold (9, 14, 18, and 22 karat). It is used widely in the medical field to replace heart valves, hips, and other body parts. Titanium was discovered in 1791 in the mineral menachanite by the British clergyman William Gregor, who named the new element menachite. Four years later, the German chemist Martin Heinrich Klaproth rediscovered the element in the mineral rutile and named it titanium in allusion to the strength of the mythological Greek Titans. The metal was isolated in 1910. Titanium will not irritate or discolor your skin and will not harm the body in any way. Titanium magnetic bracelets are superior in durability to precious metals such as gold, silver and platinum (as you might guess from its uses in the aerospace and medical fields). A Titanium magnetic bracelet may long outlive the wearer. The "Magic Metal" Our featherweight magnetic link bracelet with permanent 3500 gauss, unipole, north facing, and neodymium magnets Is A Winning Choice!
Retail Value $360.00 To $400.00 Internet Special $179.00 Neodymium magnets Neodymium magnets are a member of the Rare Earth magnet family and are the most powerful permanent magnets in the world. They are also referred to as NdFeB magnets, or NIB, because they are composed mainly of Neodymium (Nd), Iron (Fe) and Boron (B). They are a relatively new invention and have only recently become affordable for everyday use. Shop With Confidence! We Back Our Products 100%
